Refund policy

If your product(s) arrives damaged from shipping or has a manufacturer defect you can return it unwashed and unworn within 15 days for shop credit or an exchange. We will cover all the return shipping costs. Please send us an email to bubsandbellas@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect and we will send you a return shipping label.
*Our warranty does not cover damage done to your product(s) from normal wear and tear. It also does not cover your product(s) if it is stolen or lost. We are, however, more than happy to offer a discount if your product(s) is not covered by warranty. Have questions about whether your product(s) is under warranty or not? If you’d like to exchange your product(s) for a different style or size you can send it back unwashed and unworn within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping to us, but we will cover the shipping to send the new product(s) back to you. Please include in the box with your product(s) your invoice number, name, email, return shipping address and what style/size you want to exchange your product(s) for. (If we do not have your invoice number, email, or return shipping address we cannot process your exchange.) If your product(s) is not eligible for an exchange (sent after 30 days or not in new condition) We will contact you about returning the original product(s) back to you. At this time we do NOT offer refunds. If you would like to return your hat you can receive shop credit in the amount you originally paid. You have 15 days to return your product(s) unwashed and unworn for shop credit. Please include in the box with your product(s); your invoice number, name, email, and that you are returning the product(s) for shop credit. Once we have received your return we will send you a code, with your shop credit, to your email. If your product(s) is not eligible for a return (sent after 15 days or hat is in not new condition) we will contact you about an exchange or returning the original product(s) back to you.
